Who We Are

Strong and long-lasting organizations are built when professional experience merges with the ambition
and energy of young professional engineers. This is how Commissioning Services International; CSI
became the real manifestation of its motto “Converting Energy to Synergy” and providing an
unmatched service to its partners and customers in MEP engineering services.
Since its start serving as the Commissioning Department of its MEP mother company in 2004, CSI
structure went through many transformations. While handling its MEP mother company’s projects
Commissioning Management works, the vision of its new founders to have it as the extension of their
successful MEP construction business was applied after its planned breakthrough in 2015.
CSI new partners and founders have been owners, managers and directors of long-lasting successful
companies in the field of MEP Contracting and Commissioning in GCC and Turley before unifying their
vision in CSI developed venture.
Aided by the extensive experiences in managing iconic large projects occupying different positions and
sections, interfacing and leading the Operation and Maintenance during many stages. This was
developed into CSI presenting optimum solutions to provide successful process driven business serving
the MEP industry worldwide including our solution for the Facility management to provide assurance
to the developers, building owners and consultants that their Assets installations and systems to be
properly and efficiently operated and maintained.

Journey Was Started

CSI established its first sister company (ATS) for Facilities Management, MEP Contracting, Energy
Management and Electrical Testing Services, Advanced Technical Service (ATS), in Dubai, UAE. With a
potential work force of 260 staff, ATS is an extended integrated vision of the original CSI Commissioning
Management Services to add engineering approach and solutions to the facilities management scope
of work. ATS started creating its portfolio being awarded the prestigious project Abu Dhabi
International Airport Midfield Terminal Building Complex assessment works to the facilities
management team of the main contractor.

Advanced Technical Services (ATS) intension is to provide the approach of to delivering a tailored &
SMART Hard Services Operation and Maintenance & Management to Common Use Facilities, applying
innovative ways which optimize the operation and running cost, and toward continuous improvement
of the level and status of the assets as a partner oriented mentality. Taking into consideration all
statutory, policies, and international standards and requirements of health, safety and environmental
management.

To be the company that best understands and satisfies Projects, developer’s and facilities owner’s
needs, in to a service and self-fulfillment requirement of the Facility Management, MEP Contracting,
Energy Management and Electrical Testing Services business – globally, providing Dynamic and SMART
